The project will work with Lowestoft College and Southwold Sea Training (SST). It will deliver industry specific maritime training to ‘NEET’ young people to meet a growing need to support the renewable energy industry in East Anglia. Experience will be gained at a young age allowing them to take up an entry level job, gain more experience to move up the career ladder and then become qualified.
