Last month, the Centre released a briefing paper examining the proposed local government reorganisation in Devon. This paper and its summary, attached, discuss the impact of such devolution plans on rural and coastal communities across the country, where similar proposals to Devon’s are being rolled-out. It was sent to over 130 coastal MPs, 5 Life Peers based in coastal areas and 25 government think tanks.
