South facing, with a high-speed rail link to London and on the south eastern national coastal path, Ramsgate’s town centre sits in close proximity to a Blue Flag beach and its unique Royal Harbour.

The aim of Ramsgate Coastal Community Team is simple: to ensure Ramsgate becomes a prosperous maritime town combining outstanding heritage and architecture with new investment and development that supports sustainable growth in all parts of the town.  To achieve this we will use our historic environment as a catalyst to address the economic and social needs of our community.
