The project will involve the purchase of former business units, contaminated sites, vacant residential units, clearance and rebuild.
The new development will comprise of mixed tenure homes (high quality flood resistant units) with the aim of voluntary trickle relocation of residents from substandard, poor quality and flood susceptible properties.

Provide more housing choice – social / affordable rented and homes for sale through shared ownership
Stimulate private investment through market improvement
Deliver accommodation for key workers to support improved healthcare and education outcomes in the area
