Talking to stakeholders in October 2008 with a view to identifying a list of potential projects. Then list out to the Skegness public to get agreement on the prioritisation of possible schemes. The agreed list of schemes will then be designed and implemented from April next year (although any schemes which affect the busiest areas will wait until the close season).
